St.Andrew's, Holborn. The church escaped the Great Fire of 1666 but was rebuilt by Sir Christopher Wren, incorporating the 15th century tower. James CARNEY, Susannah GARBETT, the children of James HANCOCK and Ann KENNEDY, the first three children of Thomas HEWSON and Elizabeth ORAM, Christian George OCHSE, Ann Lydia (daughter of James POULTNEY), William WATSON and the first three daughters of William WHILEY and Deborah STORY were all baptised in this church. Daniel HOCKLY and Elizabeth MOORE were married in St.Andrew’s and baptised their children here. William ULYATE and Sarah GOLDEN were married here and baptised all their children in the church, including the settler Henry ULYATE. Joseph William GOODES and Ann SMITH were married here, as were John GOODES and Hannah ONG, Samuel RUDMAN and Ann TRINGHAM, Edward SEARLE and Mary GARNET, Matthew SLATER and Elizabeth TWELVES (parents of Thomas SLATER), Robert STANTON and Lettice PARKER (parents of William STANTON), and Robert WAY and Susanna CROASDALE.
