Charles, son of John and Hannah WOOD, was baptised on 13th April 1789 in All Saints, Writtle, Essex

Charles WOOD of the parish of St.Leonard Foster, bachelor,  and Anne PENNY of the same parish, spinster were married by banns on the 23rd March 1816 in Christ Church, Newgate Street, London

Ann PENNY was almost certainly the younger sister of Charles and William PENNY, also of Sephton's Party
